![]() ![]() In the Spring of 2021 five of Fontaine’s Panthers earned United Soccer Coaches All-Region honors in Sam Gerhart, Chloe Le Franc, Salomé Prat, Morgan Hairston, and Juliette Vidal. Two Panthers were named United Soccer Coaches All-Americans in Chloe Le Franc and Juliette Vidal. Seven HPU players earned Big South honors. In Fontaine’s third season Sam Gerhart was named Big South Player of the year as well as a Top Drawer National Team of the Week member twice. Fontaine earned her second Big South Coach of the Year award in the spring of 2021 as she led HPU to its second consecutive Big South Regular Season title. Fontaine and the Panthers were ranked as high as number eight in the United Soccer Coaches Southeast Region ranking. HPU was ranked as high as 24th in both the Top-Drawer Soccer and College Soccer News media polls as well as receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches poll. ![]() Under Fontaine in the spring season of 2021 HPU experienced its most nationally prominent season in program history last spring. ![]() “She has experience building multiple conference championship teams over her career and I’m confident Brandi has the passion and vision to advance HPU to national prominence.”įontaine enters her fourth season as the head coach of HPU. “Brandi has poured her heart into the High Point University women’s soccer program over the past nine years and I’m thrilled to welcome her as the next head coach,” Hauser said. She was an assistant coach at HPU from 2009-2012 before being elevated to associate head coach in 2013 and serving in that capacity for five seasons.
